Once placed, all orders are immediately transmitted to our production vendors. Because this happens instantly, there is a very small window of time to make changes. This includes shipping addresses.
When will my order ship?
Orders should ship within 3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information.
Order Process
Within 2 Hours of placing your order: Your order has been transmitted to one of our suppliers for production.
Within 24 hours of placing your order: Your order has begun production.
Within 48 Hours of placing your order: Your order has completed production and prepared for shipping.
Within 72 Hours of placing your order: Your order should be picked up by the shipping carrier. If this lands on a weekend, your order will be picked up on the following business day.

Not likely! Because we partner with several production vendors, it’s likely each of your items will ship separately. You’ll receive a tracking email for each shipment.
